Ashes Ashes We All Fall Down

“They’re probably carrying every single thing they own, but it isn’t the efficiency of their packing skills that impresses me, it’s the way they work together. It’s like they have a playbook somewhere with things like the Dogsled pass and the Checker Cab handoff. When DG passes out after the eclipse, everybody just chalks it up to the big let down after the final battle. Unfortunately for DG, she finds out soon enough the cause is much more serious. She’s pregnant. Upon telling her parents, they insist she gets married. The tenuous hold of the House of Gale on the kingdom is at stake. With the OZ on the brink of a Civil War and the threat against the royal family growing daily, no amount of arguing is going to get her out of this one.

DG, her husband and her son have been kidnapped, and it’s up to the regions best tracker to find her. Pain, loss, danger and lies pave the road of the Tinman and his Princess. Will this be their final goodbye or can the damage be undone?*

A Measure of Worth

An encounter with an Orion slave ship, brings with it an unexpected gift.*

Five Times Jim Kirk Was Cockblocked By His Son; 1 Time He Wasn’t

It was only a matter of months into his new captaincy when James T. Kirk, once again, set a new Starfleet record. He was pregnant and undeniably so, if the blinking tricorder and Bones’s ashen expression was any indication.*

As Morning Shows the Day

Based on the switched version of the prompt: A de-aged fic where Spock has to take care of a kid-Kirk; preferably Kirk only listens to Spock, and freaks out when he’s not around. (Or, you know, switched).*

The Native

The relationship that started it all – Sarek/Amanda. How a logical guy like Sarek fell for a human, and why he would defy his people to marry her.*

So Wise We Grow

“Commander Spock, we have located your son,” the Vulcan lady on the screen says, which would be great, except Jim can tell by the look on Spock’s face that he’s never heard of this kid before in his life. “If it is expedient, the child will be sent to join you on the Enterprise within the week.”*

Ficlet

Soooooo I totally want to see a fic in which Kirk and Spock have sex/are in what Kirk thinks is a committed, loving relationship, and then Spock leaves Kirk. Reasoning doesn’t matter particularly, but it might be best to have it relate to Spock’s belief that Kirk can’t commit/be monogamous, or Spock’s own commitment to helping re-populate New Vulcan. Anyway, regardless, Kirk is devastated, especially because he’s just found out he’s pregnant, and Spock was in fact the one that he wanted to spend forever with.*

Overdone

Basically, I see Spock as being nonchalant in most aspects of his life. Why would a pregnancy be any different? Let’s say he goes into pon farr and mates Kirk. Unexpectedly, he finds himself pregnant. And quite nonchalantly goes about his business as usual even as everyone else on the ship goes slightly crazy over OMG PREGNANT SPOCK and the like.

Bonus points if Spock figures out he’s pregnant on his own and declines to inform anyone – including Kirk – until a physical with McCoy.*

Hybrid

Post Avatar. Jake Sully has a new life with the Omaticaya, and his life mate Neytiri. Humans have left. But he knows they will come back, and he’ll be ready when they do.*

Foundations

Dancing With Scissors

What Child Is This

Modern AU. Based (very loosely) on this 1939 movie with David Niven and Ginger Rogers, in which Niven is the Son in (wait for it) J.B. Merlin and Son Department Store. THIS IS TOO BIZARRE FOR ME TO BE MAKING IT UP, OKAY. What’s even more bizarre: I did not remember that fact when I first thought of making this a Merlin fic, though perhaps it was burned into the dark, cobwebbed recesses of my brain.*

Filled With Joy

It wasn’t that Jensen was jealous or followed one of those monogamous religions. He came from a three parent home himself and had always imagined that one or two parent families must have been so lonely and quiet. *

The One Where Kris Goes to California–To Have Puppies!

This wasn’t how he planned it.* More here (http://community.livejournal.com/the_kitchen_ink/tag/what%20a%20big%20belly%20you%20have%20kris-paw).

Dreaming Out Loud

That’s where all the famous people live. And Alfie has an Aunt Madeleine there, and he can totally come and visit sometimes.

Dylan doesn’t have his own computer, but his dad lets him use the one in the living room. He even has his own account there, with his very own user picture (Batman) and password (robinsux). So he already looked Los Angeles up, and he’s pretty sure Alfie is right about this. Because Los Angeles is where Adam Lambert lives, and if his dad is ever going to make an album and give concerts and stuff, Adam Lambert is the guy to help.*

Drown in the Light

After a score of resoundingly dull society suitors, Kris Allen still longs for only one man: the dashing scoundrel who kidnapped him two years ago. Adam Lambert has a secret: he’s the one Kris seeks – it is his kiss he still yearns for. Confessing to his abduction would bring disaster and scandal upon them both. But how can he convince Kris to forsake his pursuit of his dream lover when all he dreams of is holding him in his arms again?* Harlequin challenge.

strive seek find yield

Spock is heir to the Federation throne, Jim is Prince of America because his fucking brother abdicated, and the Klingons are on the verge of blowing shit up-a love story.*

If You Love Me So

“We’ll get it, and it’ll be cute for a day, and then I’ll be the one stuck feeding it and cleaning up after it,” Kevin says, trying to aim for his mom’s scary face and probably falling flat, because Mike just crowds into his space and smiles slow.

“Isn’t that exactly the same thing you said when I mentioned wanting kids?” he asks.*

What Might Have Been Series

This is an alternate universe series in that Rodney McKay never went to Atlantis, the mission failed within it’s first two years and John Sheppard finds himself back on Earth as the second in command of Stargate Command under the leadership of Major General Jack O’Neill. Characters from the Atlantis series and the original SG1 series will figure prominently in all of the novellas in this series. McShep and many other pairings throughout.*

…Makes Three

“This cannot be happening. I mean, it’s not even possible.”*

The Fine Print

Bookshop AU. Because every fandom needs one.*

Let’s Get Together (Yeah Yeah Yeah)

“Alright, now. Do you have your sleeping bags?” Charles asks.*

Our House, In the Middle of Our Street

An alternate universe (they’re all not mutants, just human) where Charles is a social worker who fosters troubled kids, and one day he meets Erik, an ex-druggie/ex-convict (or whatever else, I leave it to anon to figure out which demons are chasing him) who reluctantly agrees to stay for only a while, but ends up staying for good and helping Charles to raise the kids. Awkward parenting ensues.*

Friends? I’d Say Family

Harvey’s eyes go wide and then he disappears back inside, leaving the door open for Mike to peer around and then step through to double check because surely he can’t really be seeing what he thought he saw.*

White Rabbit’s Adventures in Manhattan

Harvey Specter hates kittens. Puppies, turtles, goldfish, guinea pigs – if it’s a commonly kept household pet, Harvey has nothing but palpable scorn for it.* Sequel to Friends? I’d Say Family.

The Kids Are Alright

In the end it will be Charles Xavier who convinces Erik to trust again. (Single Parent AU that is “not as AU as you think”)*

Untitled

Jeff/Eric have sex when Jeff’s seventeen and Jeff gets pregnant. And then pining for your baby daddy.*

Nuclear Blanket

So. Edward in his bed. Older, taller – Roy had been hard pressed not to laugh at the startled look, standing eye to eye with him in the hallway – exhausted, curled protectively around another body – and Roy had nearly killed himself in the effort not to gape at the soft smile and dancing gold eyes and the quiet offer of “my son” like he was trying to save Roy an aneurysm even though he clearly wanted to laugh his head off all the same.*

This is Only Now (Where Do We Go From Here)

Modern AU, where an older Alex (in his mid twenties?) somehow figures out/recieves the news that, no, his younger brother didn’t die in the crash like he’d been told, and then sets out to find him. The catch is, Scott’s been adopted and adores his ‘dad’, who is incidentally the adorkable Hank McCoy.*

Aftermath, USA

What we have here is a futureverse fanfiction of a dramatic fictionalization of an individual interpretive account of actual life events…*

Things That Don’t Exist series

Everything is falling apart, and the one person Brent needs most is the one he can’t tell.*

Take a Complicated Situation, Unfuck It, and Then Make Do

When Brad’s ex-wife dies and Brad and Nate find themselves in charge of Brad’s three sons, things get complicated.*
