Zachary Quinto-Nimoy is the son of Leonard Nimoy, one of the most powerful men in Hollywood. Chris Pine is a struggling actor given his big break when he’s cast in Leonard’s latest Star Trek movie. In a world of hidden motives, cowardice, disapproval, and pressures of the media they find themselves drawn to each other despite every effort to tear them apart.*
“Oh, no,” Zach deadpans, feigning an exaggerated look of horror, “you found my stash of kinky sex paraphernalia. Whatever will I do.” He rolls his eyes. “Seriously, you read sex into everything; it’s pathological. They’re for shaving.” He goes back to what’s probably the New York Times, then looks up again and adds pointedly, “For shaving facial hair.” *

Finally, Chris laughs against his lips. Zach grins, speaking directly into Chris’ mouth.

I wanted to write some more realistic sex than I usually do in this one. They laugh a lot, talk through it, not everything goes perfect – that kind of thing. Oh, and it was written for the prompt: “Chris/Zach. Chris thinks he’s not gay as long as he tops… right?!”*
